This program is supposed to replace Irepo and Repros, but I really feel like they focus too much on making it a metro /windows 8 type of program,

It lacks printing features. -1
I don't feel half as productive using it as I do with Irepo/Repros

Overall I feel like its a medicore product that was rushed into development and the final version they put out is really not as effective as I would want it to be. The website and recording CLAIM that using RC OFFICE and RCMobile makes agents more effective in the field. The truth is it just puts more of a strain on our office.

Features like training get used by clients to publish important policy and memos have ZERO way to print, that's a downside. You have to take a picture with your smart phone of a memo the client expects you to read and be accountable for. Thats a really poorly thought out idea.
